And let me tell you, wellness isn't something you arrive at one day; it's a continuous effort, a way of feeling, and a state of being that we strive for each day.

By incorporating various practices, I've experienced a significant transformation in my overall well-being. Let's delve into the different aspects that have contributed to my well-being, hoping to inspire and encourage others on their wellness journey.

Embracing Cardio: A Boost for Body and Mind
Inspired by my business partner, I decided to start incorporating more cardio into my weekly routine. I did a short run this morning on my Peloton, and it just felt so good! What a great way to start the day. A run or even a walk in the morning can work wonders for your energy levels and overall mood. Regular cardio exercises not only improve physical health but also contribute to mental clarity and focus.

The Bend App: Unlocking Flexibility and Alleviating Soreness
Addressing stiffness, soreness, and even tiredness has become easier with the Bend app. This user-friendly app offers a range of wake-up stretches, warm-ups, and post-workout stretches that is already doing wonders for my body. Not only does it leave me feeling rejuvenated, but it also gives me a nice mood boost. And I'm sure the flexibility will come with time lol. Good thing I'm in this for the long game.

Stretching is also known to release endorphins, those feel-good chemicals that give you an instant mood lift. So, not only does it help with physical well-being, but it also contributes to a positive mental state, making it a valuable tool in supporting overall mental health. With a year-long subscription, the Bend app has become an essential and uplifting part of my daily routine.

Mindful Diet and Restful Sleep
Over the past year, I've made significant changes to my diet and sleep patterns, and it's made a big difference in how I feel on a daily basis. For me, reducing sugar, carbs, and dairy has been key to maintaining steady energy levels and feeling lighter throughout the day. If you're facing exhaustion, low energy levels, anxiety, or any sort of mental health challenges, I highly recommend meeting with specialists who can help you identify your root causes. Small adjustments over time can lead to remarkable improvements in your overall well-being!

b. Exercise: I'm not as diligent as I'd like, but I always feel amazing after a good workout. The FitnessAI and Bend apps have made working out easier and more fun. They help me track my progress and achieve a more well-rounded level of fitness than I could achieve on my own, and they are a lot more affordable than having a personal trainer! (Not to dis personal trainers! Depending on your budget, they are amazing and can provide an enormous benefit!!)

c. Diet: As they
 say, "You are what you eat," and that old maxim rings true for me! Prioritizing a diet that nourishes both my body and mind has been a game-changer. Making the right food choices has not only improved my physical well-being but has also positively impacted my mental clarity and overall outlook on life.

d. Sleep: Sufficient and restful sleep is vital for optimal functioning.

e. Supplements: I've discovered a powerful combination of supplements that support mental health, brain function, and overall well-being.

• Omega 3s: Promoting heart and brain health.

  • • Magnesium (400 mg): Enhancing energy levels and enzyme function.

• Spending time outdoors and going on walks.

• Regularly meeting with a therapist and business coaches.

• Embracing personal development through audiobooks.
