Our Compensation Model is structured to drive your individual success and the growth of your business, focusing on profitability and sustainability. The end goal is to help you build a legacy business and achieve generational wealth.
Agent sourced, team supported
In Zone 1 transactions, you independently source the business. You reap half of the gross transaction earnings—50%—while enjoying the full support and resources from the Jenson Team | Powered by PLACE | Real Broker. This is where top earnings and robust team support come together.

In Zone 2, leads are delivered to you in a trackable way from the team’s initiatives, resources, database, or another electronic format. Your task is to guide this lead to a successful closing while leveraging Jenson Team’s built-in systems. You earn 30% of the gross transaction earnings.

In Zone 3 transactions, you have the opportunity for increased earnings. The Jenson Team generates the initial lead and your role involves more proactive steps like outbound prospecting using team resources. For example, you might call FSBOs or chase expired listings from the Jenson Team's resources. Given this extra layer of effort and skill, you're rewarded with 35% of the gross transaction earnings.
Examples:
The team takes on these fees to serve as a financial cushion, allowing you to capitalize on your earnings fully. This setup reduces your personal overhead, so you can direct your attention toward expanding your client base without fretting over extra expenses that would have diminished your take-home pay.
The team absorbs a 15% deduction from its earnings until your annual $4,000 cap is satisfied, maximizing your earnings. .
At $285, this fee is also shouldered by the team, allowing you to keep all of your hard-earned earnings.
The team covers the $250 fee for the first three closings each year, alleviating you of that initial cost burden, giving you a strong start to the year.
This fee, covering broker review, E&O insurance, and processing costs, is taken care of by the team, freeing you from these admin-related expenses.
Administrative fee
A $595 fee will be collected from the client or deducted from your earnings at closing.
Discounts and Commission Reductions
Any reductions must have prior approval from the company.
Third-Party Transaction Costs
These are covered by the team and are not a concern for agents.
Every transaction is entered into Rezen according to its respective zone. If it looks like your percentage is higher at first glance, it's because we've made adjustments to guarantee that you receive the full 50%, 35%, or 30% earnings as promised, down to the last cent.
